There are many forms of racism, like for example classism. What makes them common is that there is a negative relationship between the powerful person/s and powerless person/s. In fact, racism can be traced back into family. Sometimes, the parents form a negative relationship with their offspring. Or, it could be brothers and/or sisters form a ‘sibling rivalry’. The sufferings of this can last far past the time when events actually happened.  [Intermission?: click http://www.antiracism.info]

A pattern has been identified with racism – there is first the victim of racism and then the victim becomes the racist. So for example, a victim becomes a victim when abused verbally – the victim then in their own community then becomes a racist by verbally abusing others. This domino process shows the massive extent of bad karma.  [Intermission?: click http://www.antiracism.info]

It has been researched that the pattern can only be broken when the racist and victims are given care and attention. Otherwise they can become remote and isolated, to again go on a racist campaign.  [Intermission?: click http://www.antiracism.info]

What the most problematic situation for the victim of racist is the internal racist aspect or impact. What happens to victims is that they start infighting and become disunited. Instead of doing the opposite, i.e. becoming organized and unified, the victims keep arguing and disintegrate. How can this be solved? What has been put forward is that there needs to be an allied outside group formed that can provide help to the victims. Thus allied organizations or people can help the infighting victims by removing the blinders or obstacles.
